Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fahlo pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
